These placemats will brighten your dining room table or kitchen counter. They come in a set of 6, and each is different, so it's a bit of lucky packet!  They are printed from my original painting, playing with lines on different colour backgrounds.

This unique product is made of a felt to create a durable and colourfast placemat that can be used for both indoor and outdoor entertainment. Printed on one side, with a white backing.

Heat resistant and easy to care for.

Wash in lukewarm soapy water with a sponge, and pack in a dishrack to dry naturally.

Quick Overview

This is a continuation of my 'Arrangement' series. I like to think of it as playful chaos. The placing of the various shapes may seem random, but they are actually arranged carefully, creating a play between the black edges and negative white space. The colourful shape is always different, and creates a focal point in the pattern. The image is made with different shapes cut into lino, inked and pressed onto the paper by hand. They don't always come out perfectly, but this is what makes subtle variations in tone and texture, creating a wabi sabi effect - perfectly imperfect:)

Quick Overview

Moths are probably my favourite creatures, and I have an obsession with dots, so this is one of my favourite combinations!

Limited edition fine art print.  

The ink has a lovely rich, velvety quality to it, which is enhanced by the slightly textured paper.  You can still see the detail of how I used gouache paint for the dots in the original painting.
